5/10: Updated the upstairs guest bathroom. Adding tile and a fresh coat of gold paint. Since the room is small and we had two kids running around, Jason did all the tile work. He removed the linoleum (not fun) and toilet. Tiling went pretty quick. I couldn't decide on the paint color, but I love the color I finally picked a nice gold color (I hated the previous green I did. I was going for khaki, but it ended up more mint). Jason tried to sand down a weird painted strip that had been painted over in the bathroom by the previous owners. You can still kind of see the lines but it's better than it was. The bathroom turned out great. We love it and so do the girls.
