Alexandra's Fourth Birthday
Alexadra had a great fourth birthday week. On her birthday (Wednesday), she woke up to balloons and donuts. That night we took her and her best friend, Petyon, to the Mall of America to ride all the rides. They had a blast running around. Alexa even went on the rides Peyton was a bit too nervous to go on (roller coaster, hopper), we thought she might not ride a ride without him. Then on Thursday it was her special day at preschool. Jason and I went there and had cupcakes with the kids and read a book (Ladybug Girl). She loved having us there. Then Saturday night was dinner at my parents house. Alexa even helped make her princess castle cake with my mother. She got sparkley shoes, rollarblades, hair stuff, clothes ... lots of good stuff. Finally, the week ended at Chuck E. Cheese with three kids from preschool, Abby (from her old daycare) and family friend Isabela. Again, she had a blast. Her birthday cake was a Barbie Princess, which was so cool and made me wish I had one as a kid. After that whilwind, Isabela and Abby came over to play at our house for the rest of the day. All-in-all, Alexa had a great birthday week.
